Fox Hotel Building
Tulsa, OK
The Fox Hotel, constructed in 1906, is the oldest building in Tulsa’s historical downtown. A certified rehabilitation project through the National Parks Service, the building today blends a rich history with modern needs. On the interior, three separate commercial spaces organize the first floor. A double-loaded corridor originally flanked by hotel rooms now serves as commercial office space and defines the second floor. Original floor plan and door placement with transoms constitute the main public corridor as it was at the time of the building’s construction. Few changes have been made since the date of construction and the building retains excellent integrity.
