The Architect’s Newspaper highlights the Bob Dylan Center, a world-class museum and archive celebrating Dylan’s legacy in Tulsa’s Arts District.
The Bob Dylan Center, recently featured in The Architect’s Newspaper, stands as a premier cultural institution in Tulsa’s thriving Arts District. Housed in a former paper warehouse, the 29,000-square-foot museum and archive celebrate the life and work of Bob Dylan, displaying rare artifacts, recordings, and interactive exhibits. The project, developed by the George Kaiser Family Foundation, joins other renowned cultural landmarks such as the Woody Guthrie Center, Cain’s Ballroom, and The Church Studio.
As the architect of record, Lilly Architects collaborated closely to ensure the transformation respected the site’s industrial history while meeting the needs of a modern museum.
