Lilly Architects brings a practical, community-focused design to The Knoll at Maple Ridge, enhancing retail and dining in Tulsa’s historic district.
Tulsa World covered an exciting new development set to transform 18th Street and Boston Avenue. Developer Jack Allen, leading a group of investors, has unveiled plans for The Knoll at Maple Ridge, a $4 million restaurant-retail project adjacent to the Mercury Lounge. With an emphasis on an “Austin-style” atmosphere and a strong connection to the Midland Valley Trail, the project is set to complement the area’s existing character and energy.
Lilly Architects is providing a design that balances tradition with modern functionality, ensuring that The Knoll integrates well within the neighborhood. The project features pedestrian-friendly outdoor spaces, bike accessibility, and architectural elements that blend with Tulsa’s urban fabric. Inspired by the landscaping of The Gathering Place, the design incorporates natural materials and open spaces to create a welcoming atmosphere.
With its proximity to popular spots like Burn Co Barbecue and American Solera Brewery, The Knoll aims to be a comfortable and inviting space for residents and visitors alike. Construction is set to begin once an anchor tenant is secured.
